Systems are built on widely used technology — not a private concoction only we understand. Documentation and access are handed over, so another developer can pick it up without rebuilding from scratch. Contracts sit under PT Orbix Tech Indonesia, not an individual.
Do we have to start with a large system?
No. We recommend starting with the single module where the pain is sharpest, then adding more once you have seen the result. Setup cost is paid in two stages — half on agreement, half on handover — so nothing is paid in full up front.
How is our operational data handled?
We sign a confidentiality agreement before seeing any data. Operational data is used only to build and run your system, nothing else, and is never shown as an example on this site — every demonstration here uses fictional data.
