Digital Foundation
A fit when: Just starting out and need the groundwork done properly

Requests are answered the next business day. Anything beyond that scope — new pages, new features, or a full redesign — is treated as separate development work. Maintenance runs on a six-month minimum commitment.

Maintenance and the development retainer can be taken separately. If you only need the application to keep running, maintenance alone is enough.
Fees are set per project, not per package — two businesses with seemingly identical needs often require very different work. We put the offer in writing once the scope is agreed, before work begins. All fees are in Indonesian Rupiah and invoiced by PT Orbix Tech Indonesia.

Initial consultation
You reach us via WhatsApp or email. We discuss the operational problem you want solved — at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
Proposal & scope
We prepare a written proposal: scope of work, phases, timeline, and the final fee based on the ranges above.
Agreement & first payment
Once the proposal is approved, we issue an invoice with a payment link. The setup fee is paid in two stages: 50% on agreement, 50% on handover.
Delivery & handover
Work proceeds in phases with regular progress updates. Once the system is running and accepted, the monthly fee begins for packages that include one.
