Terms, privacy, and payment.

The terms that apply to every engagement with PT Orbix Tech Indonesia.

Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you engage Orbix. These terms are general; the per-project agreement signed by both parties remains the primary reference.

Service provider

The services on this site are provided by PT Orbix Tech Indonesia, a company registered in Indonesia operating under the Orbix brand.

Orbix provides software and artificial-intelligence system development services for business customers. Orbix does not sell physical goods.

Scope of work

Every engagement begins with a written proposal setting out the scope of work, phases, timeline, and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is discussed first and quoted separately.

The fee ranges shown on the Services page are indicative. The final fee is set once the scope is agreed.

Revisions and acceptance

Each phase includes two rounds of reasonable revision to that phase's output. Changes that alter the scope or direction of the work count as additional work.

You have 7 working days to review each phase. If we receive no response within that period, the output is considered accepted so the project schedule can continue.

Rights to the work

Once all payment obligations are met, the right to use the system built specifically for you passes to you in accordance with the project agreement.

Common components developed by Orbix and reused across projects, together with third-party tools and libraries, remain subject to their respective licences.

Confidentiality

Orbix keeps client data and operational information confidential. Client data is not shared with any other party without written consent, except where required by law.

Client names appear in our portfolio only with permission. Client operational data and business figures are never displayed.

Limitation of liability

Orbix delivers its services to a reasonable professional standard. Orbix is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate input data, third-party service disruptions, or use of a system outside its intended purpose.

Systems that include artificial intelligence are built to support decision-making, not to replace it. Final business decisions remain yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are addressed through good-faith discussion before any other course is taken.

Privacy Policy

What data we collect, why, and how we protect it. This policy follows Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Data we collect

From site visitors: we ask for no personal data to browse this site. The site collects aggregate visit statistics that do not identify individuals.

From prospective clients who contact us: name, contact details (WhatsApp number or email), business name, and the requirements you choose to share.

From active clients: the operational data required for the system to work, limited to what is agreed in the project agreement.

How we use data

Contact details are used to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, and communicate during the project.

Client operational data is used solely to run and maintain the system built for that client. It is not used for other purposes and is never sold.

Storage and security

Data is stored with trusted infrastructure providers under layered access control. Access is limited to personnel who need it to deliver the project.

Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for any period required by law. After that, it can be deleted at your request.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Requests can be sent via the contact details on this page and will be answered within a reasonable time.

Third-party services

Our site and systems may use third-party services for hosting, visit analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. Each provider maintains its own privacy policy.

Payment & Refund Policy

How we invoice, our payment terms, and the refund terms for Orbix services.

Currency and invoicing

All fees are stated and invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Invoices are issued by PT Orbix Tech Indonesia with an itemised breakdown of the work.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or via the payment link included on the invoice.

Payment terms

The setup fee is paid in two stages: 50% once the proposal is approved and before work begins, and 50% on handover.

Monthly fees (maintenance or retainer) begin once the system is live, are invoiced at the start of each period, and fall due 7 working days from the invoice date.

Additional work outside the agreed scope is invoiced separately once both parties approve it.

Refunds

Before work begins: the first-stage payment is fully refundable if you cancel the project before we start work.

After work begins: payments received are set against the work already completed. Any balance for work not yet delivered is returned to you.

Monthly fees already in effect are not refunded for periods already used. You may end a monthly service with 30 days' notice.

Refund requests are submitted via the contact details on this page and are processed within 14 working days of approval.

Late payment

If a payment is more than 14 days past due, Orbix may pause delivery or temporarily suspend maintenance services after written notice.
