Orbix Finance
Internal finance dashboard for tracking agency expenses, invoices, and cash flow.
Problem
As a solo founder, tracking client income, project expenses (API costs, subscriptions, advisor fees), incoming and outgoing invoices, and cash-flow projections through manual spreadsheets does not scale and offers little real-time insight.
Solution
Orbix Finance is a single-user dashboard on a managed database. The first phase builds the data model and core interface — expense categories, invoice CRUD, client and project dashboards. The next phase adds reporting and projections.
